As a Freemason you are entitled to receive a formal Masonic funeral service at the time of your passing. It affords your brothers the opportunity to wish you well on your transition to the Celestial Lodge.
 
It is imperative that you alert your family about this fact and make sure they have a copy of the accompanying document, so that when the time comes, they can make certain that you receive this honor.
 
Have them inform the funeral home that you are a Mason and member of Amicable St. John’s Lodge #25. They will, then, contact the Lodge and inform them of the family’s request for a Masonic service.

By taking this step now, your family will know of your wishes and it will be one less detail to arrange when the time comes.
